Whether your teen is eager to connect, or a little hesitant, we are committed to helping them and your family feel comfortable and excited about therapy.
We take a creative approach when working with teens, including making art and listening to music. When working with youth, we operate from a natural supports framework. This means that we help your teen identify who their supportive people are and cultivate meaningful relationships. We often invite parents and family members into sessions. We take a holistic approach to healing, meaning that we may offer parenting support, and help your teen to form healthy connections outside of therapy.
