Healing takes place through connection.
Your story matters.
Kiyâm Counselling is named after a Cree and Michif word, meaning to let it be. It is a gentle reminder to move slowly and mindfully. To find stillness in the spirit and in the body. To learn to take the wisdom from your experiences and let go of what is no longer serving you. At Kiyâm Counselling, we are here to bring you home to your body and to help you find a sense of peace and stillness. Let’s nurture the relationship you have with yourself and cultivate a practice of self-love and kindness.
